Manage or cancel the subscription
Where to see your subscription, assign it to members, change it or stop it.
In Fenzly
Settings → Subscription and license shows your situation: trial in progress, license assigned, or a subscription you pay for. If you are the payer, this is where you assign your plan’s licenses to the members of your circles, and take them back.
The Manage button opens your subscription directly in the App Store or Google Play: the shortest path to change plan or cancel.
In the store
Payment, plan changes and cancellation happen in the store where you subscribed. Without going through Fenzly:
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fenzly. You can change plan or cancel there.
Android Google Play → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Fenzly.
After a cancellation
Access stays open until the end of the paid period, for you and for the members covered by your licenses. Then everyone goes back to spectator mode: they see what others share, without sharing themselves, until a license is assigned to them again.
Changing phone or store
The subscription is tied to your Fenzly account, not to the device. A Google Play subscription stays valid on an iPhone, and the other way round, until it ends.
