How do I cancel my subscription?

The subscription is managed by the store where you bought it, not by Fenzly. The shortest path: in Fenzly, Settings → Subscription and license → Manage opens your subscription directly in the App Store or Google Play. You can also get there yourself:

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fenzly → Cancel.
• Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Fenzly → Cancel.

Access stays open until the end of the period already paid, for you and for the members you assigned a license to. Fenzly can neither cancel nor refund on your behalf: refunds are requested from Apple or Google.
