Join a circle with a code

With the link

Open the fenzly.app/c/… link you received. If Fenzly is installed, the app opens straight on the invitation. Otherwise the page offers to install the app; the code is picked up after the install.

With the code

In Fenzly, from the home screen, choose Join a circle and type the code, for example FZ-7K4M-92. Case and dashes do not matter.

The confirmation

Your request goes to the person who created the code. They must accept it: nobody enters a circle without a circle guardian’s consent. You are told as soon as they answer.

Choose what you share

On entering the circle, Fenzly asks what you share with its members: arrivals and departures at the circle’s places, your latest position, or nothing for now. That choice is yours and can be changed at any time from the circle.

If the code is refused

A code is valid for seven days and about ten people. After that, or if its creator revoked it, ask them for a new code.
